Subprocessors
A "subprocessor" is a third-party service provider that processes personal information on our behalf to deliver the Service.
We carefully select subprocessors and review them to confirm they offer appropriate security and privacy protections.
Current subprocessors

| Twilio Inc. | SMS and voice messaging infrastructure | End User phone numbers, SMS content, call metadata | Australia and United States |
| Anthropic, Inc. | AI qualification (Claude API) | SMS content sent through the qualification flow | United States |

AI training
We confirm that none of our subprocessors uses Customer Data or End User Data to train artificial intelligence models. Specifically:
- Anthropic does not train its models on data submitted by API customers under its commercial API terms.
- We do not train our own models on any Customer Data or End User Data.
Subprocessor changes
If we add a new subprocessor that processes personal information, we will update this page at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
If you object to a new subprocessor on reasonable grounds related to data protection, you may terminate your subscription with effect from the date the new subprocessor begins processing your data, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the remainder of the billing cycle.
